Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for the processing, shipping, and handling of your order. The specific range of actual delivery time will be provided by the carrier and will be updated accordingly.

Please note that this timeframe does not apply to orders classified as pre-order or presale.

Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen, and we are not liable for reshipments due to insufficient addresses. If a package is marked as "returned" due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for a reshipment fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allocate 1-2 weeks for the processing, shipping, and handling of international orders. Keep in mind that the actual delivery date may vary based on the destination and the customs regulations and policies of your country. It's important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may be incurred once the order reaches its destination.

For USPS tracking links, please allow 7-21 days for the package to travel and arrive at its destination. For UPS tracking links, a period of 5-7 days should be allowed for the package to travel and arrive.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.

LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS

It's important to acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or misplaced during transit by the carrier. Once your package has been handed over to or picked up by the carrier, we are released from liability for events that occur thereafter. If a package goes missing during transit, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier to initiate a search for the missing mail.

Regrettably, no refunds will be issued in cases where a package is lost or misplaced during transit.
